Every professional completes a detailed application covering nonprofit experience, services, credentials and demonstrated results.
Nonprofit references
We contact two nonprofit clients directly and ask them what it was actually like to work with the professional.
Structured scoring
Applications are scored on a 100-point rubric by trained reviewers. Every decision is made by a person, not a formula.
Ongoing verification
Verified Professional status is separate from membership, reviewed by an administrator, and renewed every 12 months.
Service categories
Every professional selects one primary category and up to three secondary specialties.
